- Hellvape Destiny RTA can hold 2.0ml or 4.0ml e-lq with the easy top filling system, and there are different materials tubes for option: glass/Ultem/PCTG tube. Depending on the color you go for, you can get different tank sections for it. This includes PCTG or Ultem. Filling it can be done from the top just like the majority of other RTAs.
